Carrier Support Representative

(m/f/d)

The Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) shall work on analyzes, evaluations and optimizations of the business processes regarding data protection and IT security. In addition, the DPO shall be responsible for ensuring data protection compliance with the related requirements,

which are implemented by different departments as well as management. The DPO shall advise the management regarding data protection issues, carry out regular internal security audits, and act as the main point of contact between SHIPSTA and the data protection authorities.

Your tasks

SHIPSTA bulletpoint Support in managing customers, especially international freight forwarders
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Processing of incoming and outgoing calls
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Ensuring customer service and their inquiries
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Accompanying and solving problems and quality inquiries
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Interface between internal departments, such as sales, customer success and development, but also external ones (carriers, freight forwarders, LSP's)
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Documentation of all inquiries and solution strategies
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Follow-up with customers after registration, first use of the platform, cluster coverage
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Creation of action plans for the user experience and ensuring the digital needs of carriers
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Ensuring compliance with operational OKRs (onboarding, availability, conversion rate between active and involved freight forwarders, etc.)
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Maintenance of the carrier database (national and international development of the carrier network)
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Relationship Management

You should bring along

SHIPSTA bulletpoint Completed commercial training or studies in the field of logistics or similar
SHIPSTA bulletpoint First experience in dealing with freight forwarders, software and customer service
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Strong analytical skills and quality awareness
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Professional manners, excellent communication skills and service mindset
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Fluency in English is a must, German and other languages ​​are an advantage
