Inside Sales Representative


The Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) shall work on analyzes, evaluations and optimizations of the business processes regarding data protection and IT security. In addition, the DPO shall be responsible for ensuring data protection compliance with the related requirements,

which are implemented by different departments as well as management. The DPO shall advise the management regarding data protection issues, carry out regular internal security audits, and act as the main point of contact between SHIPSTA and the data protection authorities.

Your tasks

SHIPSTA bulletpoint Unlock new sales opportunities through in-depth lead tracking with all available sales tools. Your focus is totally on acquiring new customers via phone
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Qualify leads and forward them to the responsible business development manager
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Arrange appointments and online demos for potential new customers on site
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Understand the needs and requirements of our customers in the logistics environment
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Achieve the predefined KPIs and quarterly targets
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Analyze customer potential, identify decision-makers and generate sustainable interest
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Maintain and expand the database with potential new customers in the sales area assigned to you

You should bring along

SHIPSTA bulletpoint You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector or higher
SHIPSTA bulletpoint You have proven experience in internal sales and telephone acquisition
SHIPSTA bulletpoint You should also have gained initial experience in B2B sales of software solutions
SHIPSTA bulletpoint Ideally, you also have knowledge of logistics
SHIPSTA bulletpoint You have experience in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
SHIPSTA bulletpoint You are eloquent and have the ability to listen actively as well as strong presentation skills
SHIPSTA bulletpoint In addition to good written and spoken English, you also have good IT skills
